Paid online orders appear once EcoCash confirms payment. Completing an order permanently deletes the customer's saved details. The payment record stays for your accounts.

Money in and out for the day. Online payments appear here automatically once paid. Add everything else below (cash, shop sales, supplier purchases). Please do not type customers' ID numbers or addresses here.

Changes go live on the public site straight away. No code needed.

Team

Owners can see everything and change settings. Staff can only work on orders. To add someone: first create their login in Supabase (Authentication > Users), then add their email here.

Audit log

Records who changed settings, completed or deleted orders, and added or removed team members.
